Turkcell Smart Watch Line Doesn't Work at My Child’s School and I'm Being Overcharged
After buying a smart watch line from Turkcell at Vialand AVM on August 09, 2024, I discovered the very following day that the school lacked any signal. The whole point of the watch is undermined since I couldn monitor the location or make calls. I have been phoning every day since September 9 to report the problem, but it still remains unresolved. I even tried another SIM card, and everything worked well, hence it is obviously a problem with Turkcell's coverage. Nothing has worked when I spoke with several customer support professionals who attempted switching between 2:30G, 3:30G, and 4:30G. I now wish to cancel the line, however I am being charged almost ₺500, which was not told to me up front. This is really unjust, and I would not be ready to pay for a service I have seldom used. I have complained several times but have not gotten any reply. Turkcell should fix this fast since the smart watch serves to keep in touch with my child and it is not satisfying that demand.
You must be joking! I wish you had done some research before giving this answer. I already have a record related to the issue, what record are you talking about? You don't even bother to look into it. I will cancel my line and take you to the Consumer Court...
