Turkcell Data Drain - Weak Signal

For about four months since switching to a Turkcell postpaid line, my internet data runs out very quickly, and the commitment fees are extremely high. Additionally, the signal strength in Gaziantep is quite weak, and this issue has been ongoing. I also have trouble reaching customer service, and no solutions are provided. Because of these problems, I want to cancel my line but do not want to pay any cancellation fee. I request that my issue be resolved and that the necessary procedures be carried out without any additional charges.
