1xBet Canara Bank UPI Deposit Missing Since 16 April

I am writing to report a serious issue with a deposit I made to my 1xBet account that has still not been credited or refunded. On 16 April, I deposited ₹5000 to my 1xBet account via Canara Bank UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never added to my 1xBet balance. Since then, more than a month has passed and the issue remains unresolved. I have contacted 1xBet customer support more than 40 times about this missing deposit. Each time, I have provided every document they requested, including my bank statements, UPI payment screenshots, and even bank statements showing successful transactions. Despite this, the only response I receive is that it will be resolved soon, but nothing has happened and my money is still stuck. Recently, my support query on 1xBet was marked as closed, and the final note says that the deposit was unsuccessful and that I should contact my bank to locate the funds. However, the ₹5000 has not been refunded to my Canara Bank account and the money is still missing, even though the payment was debited on 16 April. I request that my ₹5000 deposit from 16 April made via Canara Bank UPI be immediately refunded to my bank account, as it was deducted from my account but never credited to my 1xBet balance and has not been returned to my bank. I expect this matter to be handled urgently and finally resolved.
