Turkcell Superbox Provides Slow Internet and Won’t Let Me Cancel Without a Fee

I am using a Superbox from a company called Turkcell, and I have been facing numerous problems since the day I purchased it. The internet speed is very slow, and I cannot use the internet consistently. Despite contacting Turkcell customer service multiple times, no effective solution has been provided, which has only added to my frustration. I am completely disappointed. I never expected them to provide such poor service quality. It’s frustrating to pay such a high fee for a service that doesn’t meet even basic expectations. I feel like my money has been wasted. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel the service due to the high cancellation fee, which feels unfair given the ongoing issues.
