Turkcell Customer Service Representatives Are Incredibly Uninterested

I wanted to transfer my line to Turkcell and submitted a request through the mobile app. I received my new SIM card, but when I tried to contact customer service, I was constantly told, "I am transferring you to the relevant department," and kept waiting without any real assistance. No one helped or even made an effort to solve the issue. This is such poor service. All they had to do was guide me with simple instructions like "do this, do that." Instead, I was left waiting on the phone for 50 minutes, listening to operator music with no progress. When I said I wanted to cancel, I was met with the same frustrating response: "I am transferring you." I urge the relevant departments to review their services. Your customers are far from satisfied.
