Turkcell Canceled My Vodafone Line Transfer Before the Activation Period Ended

I applied to transfer my 4 Vodafone-registered lines to Turkcell through Turkcell.com.tr. However, I received a message stating that my applications were canceled because the delivery of the new SIM cards by the courier was delayed. On Turkcell's information page about number portability, it clearly states that applications will only be canceled if activation is not completed within 15 days after the SIM cards are delivered. Despite this, Turkcell arbitrarily canceled my applications before the 15-day period was up, causing significant inconvenience. When I contacted customer service to report this issue, they not only failed to offer a solution but also refused to file my complaint. Even when I mentioned the explanation on their official website, they still refused to accept my complaint. I request that this issue be resolved promptly and that Turkcell take steps to address this situation, which is not befitting of their corporate reputation.
