Inconsistent Information and Inadequate Service at Turkcell
Hello, I contacted Turkcell's customer service to transfer my number to their network. During the call, I progressed to the approval stage of the number transfer process. However, I asked a question about how the termination fee would be calculated if I canceled my contract due to poor signal strength at my home. Unfortunately, I did not receive a clear answer; the customer representative told me that this information would be a "surprise." To gather more information, I called customer service again. This time, I spoke with another representative and stated that I wanted to transfer my number. However, I was told that the number transfer process could only be completed at physical stores. Yet, during my previous call, I had already reached the approval stage through the same phone number. This inconsistent and inadequate communication process left me quite frustrated. I expect customer service to provide consistent information about procedures and clear explanations on critical issues such as termination fees. I request that the necessary corrections be made and more emphasis be placed on customer satisfaction.
