I Get Only 40 GB on Turkcell While New Users Receive More Than Double
I’ve been using Turkcell for about 12 years. My home internet, my father’s line, and my own line are all with Turkcell. Over the years, I’ve also purchased multiple devices from Turkcell. Currently, I’m given 40 GB of internet for a bill of at least ₺1000. Meanwhile, a new customer can get 90 GB for ₺585. Why? Because Turkcell is trying to attract new customers. But by doing this, you end up losing your loyal ones. That’s all there is to it. As of now, I’m removing both my father and my brother from Turkcell. The automatic payments will be canceled as well. Every month, you earn at least ₺10,000 from my household alone. Is this what you think we deserve?
