Turkcell Charged Me After My Commitment Ended

I was using Turkcell’s "Aynen Favorim 20 GB" monthly package for ₺365 with a one-year commitment. About a month before the end of my contract, even though I hadn’t used the full package, they enrolled me in the same campaign and issued a bill for ₺755. I don’t understand why I was billed for the same package without a contract after my commitment had ended. Instead of charging me based on actual usage, they issued a high bill despite no usage at all. Even with 60 GB usage, other operators don’t charge this much. At Turkcell, you're treated as a valued customer only in the beginning—once there’s a problem, your right to dispute is completely ignored. I strongly condemn Turkcell for this.
