Turkcell Imposed Annual Package Without Consent, Cut Off Internet

In June, I applied to renew my contract from one of the Istanbul Turkcell dealers. I chose one of the packages offered to me with 10 GB internet per month. However, in July, I found out that I was subscribed to the annual package with a message saying "your 120 GB quota has been used, this much is left." The dealer who made the transaction never informed me that I subscribed to the annual package. I only need mobile internet outside the city in July and August a year. In case I exceeded my quota, I would get by by purchasing an additional package. However, Turkcell cut off my internet connection because I exceeded the annual quota within 3 months. They informed me that my internet would not be turned on at all before 3 months were up. Turkcell, which made an annual subscription without my knowledge and set a quota for itself during the year, made me a victim. I also inform them that I will seek my rights from them through legal means.

In case of exceeding the package, the downloaded and uploaded data is charged based on the package overage fee. The usage amount of all these processes may vary depending on the programs installed on your device, which can slow down or speed up the device, the site accessed, and the content you want to download. If you are using social media applications intensively, we recommend turning off the automatic video playback option. You can easily access the information on how much data you have used at what date and time through our Turkcell application. You can see this information instantly for all domestic call and messaging packages, and for internet packages, excluding the last hour at most. I have knowledge about how the internet quota gets used up, I don't need an explanation on that. My issue is being subscribed to an annual package without being informed. Please either cancel the subscription process or activate my line.
