I have been a Turkcell user for years, I had no problems until the end of December and was using it very well, in order to benefit from the campaign, I went to a different operator for my 2 lines at the end of December and came back to Turkcell without even a week, I have been having network problems on both of my lines since the day I came back to Turkcell, I called customer service many times and my line settings were reset many times, I went to the dealer and a request was made but they always said the same thing, they said there might be a problem with your lines and that you need to get a spare line, this is not my problem, this is Turkcell's problem, after all when we buy a product from the market, if the product is broken, we do not buy the second product from the market for money, they provide a replacement, this is the case in most places but there is no such thing at Turkcell, no one helps, no contact, everyone says we do not know, this is the first time we have encountered it, customer service says do this, do that, when I say it does not work, they say there is nothing to do, I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible, otherwise I will forward my complaint to wherever necessary
