Problems with Turkcell Service - Request for Fix

On July 30, my spouse and I switched to Turkcell, but neither of our lines works at home. Sometimes we get a signal for 1-2 bars, but then it drops to 3G. Due to the lack of service, we are considering switching back to our previous operator. However, Turkcell is threatening us with a cancellation fee! I explained that I had the right to cancel due to poor service, but they refused to understand.
I plan to take this matter to the Consumer Rights Court. I have also reported my complaints to CİMER and BİMER. I am determined to pursue this issue with Turkcell. I am in contact with news channels to expose this injustice with documentation.
