I Cannot Activate My Turkcell E-SIM - Customer Support Gave No Solution

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm sending this matter to you to express my indifference. I'm deeply disappointed by the negative experiences I've had with the (E-SIM) activation code. The problem I'm experiencing is that the E-SIM activation code isn't being added to the device. You call customer service and they can't find a solution, but they direct you to the dealer. After going to the dealer, you're left confused about the E-SIM feature. Time is precious to everyone. You set up a system, and you use it. Has your company seriously interrupted this process? I request that the necessary testing be carried out and my complaint resolved as soon as possible.
