Turkcell E Sim Does Not Connect to Internet While Normal SIM Works
I'd like to talk about my experience with Turkcell and their e-SIM service that I'm using. The physical SIM card in the same room connects to the internet just fine, but the e-SIM isn't working at all. Charging fees is quick and easy, but when it comes to getting service, all I get are excuses like system errors or updates. This situation makes me feel overlooked as a customer since I expect the service I'm paying for to function correctly. I don't understand why I should keep backing a company that has left me with so many unresolved problems. Plus, they make it really hard to get the cancellation fee back, which just makes everything feel even more unfair.
