Turkcell Has Not Provided e-SIM Support in My City Despite My 60-Day Request

I have been trying to get an e-Sim from Turkcell for exactly 60 days. My requests numbered 171707378 and 171659218, which I made to the Turkcell customer representative, were not provided with a solution and unfortunately, no positive response was given. It does not support the Turkcell application or the e-SIM that can be purchased from the dealer. Dealers said that Turkcell does not offer e-SIM support in Ankara, and Turkcell customer services told me to buy e-SIM from another province other than Ankara. When I asked which city, they said they could not share the city information and asked me to visit dealers in other provinces other than Ankara. Even though I called many times and opened records dozens of times, Turkcell remained indifferent to this situation. I want Turkcell to bring e-SIM support to Ankara.
