Complaint Regarding Turkcell Billing Issues

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a Turkcell Platinum member for over 15 years. In the past, I used to receive regular SMS notifications whenever my bill was unpaid or paid late. However, in the last 4-5 months, Turkcell has only been sending a single reminder approximately one week before the due date. (An example is attached.) The SMS indicated that the due date was 05.08, but no further reminders were provided in the following days. What is particularly concerning is that on the due date, 05.08, my line was cut off at 00:21, just minutes into the due date. In summary, without any additional notifications, my line has been swiftly cut off multiple times in the early hours of the due date. This has resulted in 4-5 instances this year where a 140 TL reconnection fee has been billed to me. Despite my contract having ended, I have continued to use Turkcell services without a contract for over 45 days, as I have never encountered such issues before. However, I am now in search of a new operator. For over 15 years, I have been a loyal Platinum member, but the lack of adequate reminders and the imposition of an additional 140 TL fee each month without proper notification has severely damaged my trust in Turkcell. When I explained the situation to a customer service representative, I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I request the necessary support on this matter. Thank you.
