Threatening Messages Regarding Unpaid Bill from Turkcell

Received a text message on March 13, 2024, from Turkcell informing me that my bill was ₺353. They warned that if I didn't pay it right away, it would shoot up to ₺3953. The message also provided a phone number to call for further details.
I dialed the number and had a chat with a representative. The representative informed me that my bill was a result of a technical glitch and that I didn't actually have any outstanding balance. He said sorry for the inconvenience and assured that the issue would be taken care of.
But the very next day, I got another text from Turkcell saying that my account had been handed over to a collections agency. I received a message warning me that failure to promptly settle my bill would result in legal consequences.
I'm really frustrated with how Turkcell has dealt with this situation. At first, I was informed that I didn't have any outstanding balance. However, things took a turn when I received a rather intimidating message, warning me about potential legal action. This is not okay.
