I purchased a Tupperware thermos that started leaking. When I bought it, they assured me it came with a 10-year warranty, but now they say it doesn't cover the thermos. I asked if I could buy the faulty part, but they said it's not available for sale. Am I supposed to throw away a thermos worth around ₺2,000 just because of this part? I trusted the brand and received great service until I purchased the product, but now I'm stuck with this issue. I'm at a loss about how to obtain the replacement part.
