Since the lid of my Stanley thermos was broken, I asked for it to be supplied from Kutupayisi, the distributor in Türkiy...e, for a fee. Kutupayisi company, which gave us a lifetime warranty, is trying to close the issue by saying that they do not have the cover. How can they not have or provide spare
