My Stanley Thermos Is Leaking After 2 Months

I bought a Stanley thermos two months ago, and now it's leaking. When I went to the store for an exchange, they told me to write to Kutupayısı's website since it's considered a personal product. I did, but I haven't received any response. The product is supposedly covered by a lifetime warranty, but that seems to be a lie. The brand has built its name, and now they just care about making money. Their prices aren’t low either—they must think everyone earns money as easily as they do. I’m very disappointed.
