Starbucks Thermos Leaks From Seal and Lid After Short Use

I purchased two different thermoses from Starbucks at separate times. The first one was bought about three years ago from the Bodrum Midtown branch, and the second one about a year and a half ago online. Both products were priced above ₺1,000, with one costing around ₺1,300.
After using the first thermos for about two years, it began leaking from the seal. The second thermos, however, started leaking after only six months because the lid no longer closed properly, making it impossible to carry in a bag without spilling. Experiencing the same issue with both products has left me frustrated and disappointed.
So far, I have not contacted customer service. I am not certain whether these products are under warranty, but I don’t recall being given any information about a warranty at the time of purchase. I am requesting that both thermoses be replaced.
