My Stanley Classic NeverLeak 0.35L Thermos Lid Cracked and I Was Denied Warranty


I purchased the Stanley Classic NeverLeak Thermos Mug 0.35L in green, trusting its advertised 10-year warranty and premium build quality. However, the lid cracked and broke, making the thermos completely unusable. I contacted Kutupayısı customer service, only to be told there’s nothing they can do—despite the product being under warranty.
So what now? Am I supposed to throw it away and buy a new one after paying such a high price? That’s not acceptable. I bought two of these mugs, and now I can’t afford to replace them again.
Stanley, honor your warranty. This product is marketed as durable and long-lasting, yet I’m being told to deal with it myself. I expect a free replacement lid or an exchange of the item. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll be forced to consider legal options. Customers shouldn’t be punished for trusting your brand’s promises. Please take accountability and provide a real solution.
