Stanley Won't Provide Thermos Lid Even For a Fee


Since the lid of my Stanley thermos was broken, I asked for it to be supplied from Kutupayisi, the distributor in Türkiye, for a fee. Kutupayisi company, which gave us a lifetime warranty, is trying to close the issue by saying that they do not have the cover. How can they not have or provide spare parts for the product I purchased on 29.01.2024? Instead of taking a solution-oriented approach to my problem, they ignore me by telling me it's out of their hands. A move that does not suit the Stanley company. I did not ask for this for free, yes it was my fault that the cover of the product was broken, but they should have helped me to provide me with the spare part for a fee
