I Can’t Buy a TuneCore Plan With Google Pay Despite Having Enough Balance

Even though my TuneCore account is registered with Turkey as my country, I am unable to purchase a package using Google Pay. I want to buy a $22 plan, and I have enough funds in my Google Play balance. However, when I reach the payment screen, I receive a country-related error message. Since Turkey is not available as a selectable option, I cannot complete my purchase and the package remains unavailable to me.

I also tried paying with my bank card, but the transaction was declined. After that, I used the option that directed me to add funds to my Google Play balance. The deposit was successful, and the money remains in my Google Play account, but TuneCore still does not accept the payment. As a result, I am unable to purchase the plan through any available method.

This situation has been extremely disappointing because I worked hard on my music and was excited to release it. Unfortunately, without a credit card and with Google Pay not functioning correctly, I have no way to move forward with my music distribution.

I request that TuneCore make Google Pay payments fully accessible for users in Turkey or provide an alternative payment method that allows me to use my Google Play balance to purchase the package and distribute my music without further obstacles.
