TuneCore Has Not Restored My Songs After I Completed My Payment
For approximately three weeks, I was unable to make a payment through TuneCore, which resulted in my songs being removed from all digital music platforms and becoming unavailable to listeners. Today, I completed the overdue payment and resolved the outstanding balance. However, despite the payment being successfully processed, my music is still not visible on any streaming platform.
Even though I have fulfilled my payment obligation, my releases have not been automatically restored or republished within a reasonable timeframe. This situation is causing significant harm to me as an artist because I am unable to reach my audience, and I am losing both streams and potential revenue while my music remains offline.
I request that TuneCore immediately restore my songs across all digital music platforms now that my payment has been completed. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the status of my releases, the reason for the continued delay, and the estimated timeframe for when my music will become available again.
As a paying customer, I believe my content should be reinstated promptly after payment is received, and I would appreciate a transparent update on the actions being taken to resolve this issue.
