Tumi Sent the Wrong Product and Delayed Sending the Correct One

I ordered a product from the Tumi website, but they sent me the wrong item. It took two days of repeatedly calling the number listed on their site before I finally got a response. Despite acknowledging that the error was on their end, they refused to ship the correct product until I returned the incorrect one.

I promptly sent back the wrong item, but they still haven’t sent me the correct product. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no one is responding. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when the mistake was theirs. I expect Tumi to resolve this issue immediately by sending the correct item and improving their communication process.
