I purchased a carry-on luggage piece from the Tumi website and opted for their monogramming service. I requested initials on both the tag on top of the suitcase and the side tag. However, when the product arrived, the monogramming was of extremely poor quality. Some parts of the letters were misaligned, with ink bleeding out, while other sections were incomplete.
I immediately contacted customer service upon delivery to report the issue. Since the item was purchased online, I was told that the relevant department would provide instructions on how to fix the problem. It has now been eight days, and despite calling customer service four times, I’ve received no response from the department.
This delay and lack of resolution have led me to believe Tumi is intentionally avoiding correcting their mistake. I expect an immediate response and a proper resolution to this matter. This level of service is unacceptable for such a reputable brand.
