Boyner Delivered Only 1 of 2 Montblanc Perfumes I Ordered
I purchased two Montblanc perfumes worth ₺2669.8 each from Boyner’s online store, but I only received one of them. When I contacted customer service, they said the warehouse would be checked, and I would be updated. It has now been five days, and I have received no follow-up.
Despite repeatedly emailing about my issue, all I get are automated responses instructing me to return the product—which doesn’t solve my problem. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I will never shop at Boyner again and will make sure to share this frustrating experience with everyone I know. Boyner must address this issue immediately by either sending the missing perfume or refunding the amount. Customers deserve better service.
