Tumi Refuses to Refund Me for Returned Items Even After 2 Months

I'm filing a complaint against Tumi because they have refused to issue my refund for over two months now. I returned the products exactly as instructed, well within the legal timeframe. Despite this, they continue to delay and ignore my rightful refund. This is completely unacceptable and feels intentional at this point.

I’ve followed every step on my end, yet I’m left waiting endlessly with no resolution. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel deliberately ignored. I've even heard that their branches in Turkey may be shutting down soon, which makes this behavior even more troubling. As a customer, I’ve been mistreated and financially harmed. I plan to take legal action if my ₺ refund isn’t processed immediately. Tumi must resolve this now.
