I want to cancel these orders because the promotion link you provided was not working, leaving me unable to take advantage of the campaign as intended. Despite participating in the promotion twice, it did not work properly, causing inconvenience.

I requested the cancellation of my orders before shipment and expect a full refund to be processed quickly to my bank account. However, for the order ending in 756, even after submitting a cancellation request, the item was moved to the "preparing" status.

This lack of coordination is frustrating, and I urge Tumi to resolve this issue immediately. Please ensure cancellations are processed promptly and refunds are issued without further delay.
