Troy Authorized Service Inconvenience and Insensitive Customer Service
Hello, I have been calling the Troy authorized service at 0850 532 19 92 for the past two days regarding my XS phone. They informed me that I needed a battery replacement along with an adapter and charging cable, which would amount to a total of 3918 TL. I agreed and went to the Troy authorized service in Mavibahce, Izmir. Despite specifically mentioning that we would come after work and being told that they would be open until 22:00 when we arrived, it was only 20:06. We were devastated to hear them say, "Sorry, our service is closed. You should have come earlier." It was heartbreaking to rush after work, skipping meals, to make it there before the store closed, only to be met with such an inappropriate attitude from your staff. After all, I'm paying with my hard-earned money, and it's not a small amount. When I called customer service, their response, mocking me by saying there's nothing they can do, after admitting their colleagues gave me the wrong information, was truly pitiful. I won't let this matter go easily.
