Disrespectful Customer Service by Troy

I visited the Troy Apple Premium Reseller store at Denizli Forum Çamlık to buy an iPhone 14. However, the staff member there displayed a complete lack of concern and was quite impolite. I let them know that I intended to purchase the phone in full using cash. Afterward, I also asked for screen insurance. Unfortunately, the salesperson neglected to mention that the insurance would come with an extra charge in addition to the cost of the phone, leaving me unaware of this additional expense. The phone was priced at ₺46,000, but I was unexpectedly billed ₺48,000 with no clarification provided. Upon my observation and subsequent inquiry, their response was rather impolite. They firmly refused to sell me the phone and promptly stowed away the phone box in a cabinet. I reached out to Troy customer service to share this incident, but I was disappointed by their responses. They offered empty apologies and abruptly ended the conversation. Is it appropriate for a salesperson at a franchise of a major corporate entity like Troy to exhibit such behavior? Attempting to bill a customer without offering any details and subsequently declining to make a sale while dismissing the customer from the premises. I plan to take legal action by filing a complaint with the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board and CİMER regarding the violation of my consumer rights. It is completely unacceptable for a company like Troy to dismiss such misconduct as if it is not a big deal, which is both ridiculous and degrading. It's frustrating to not be able to buy a product with my own money in my own country and to see this behavior as acceptable. I am eagerly anticipating a timely response from Troy regarding this matter, and as a consumer, I will make sure to caution both myself and others about visiting Troy stores.
