I bought my iPhone only 4 months ago and I ran into a problem with one of the apps. I went to the Apple Store on Bağdat Street to get some help, but instead of solving my problem, they asked me where I bought the phone. When I told them it was from another country, they said they couldn't help and told me to go to the Troy store instead. The Troy store deals with Apple products, but they won't cover it under warranty. Even though I had registered my IMEI, they said they couldn't help me because of legal restrictions in Turkey. This doesn't make sense because Apple's official support page says otherwise. Click on this link to go to Apple Support. If this policy remains in place, it's ridiculous.
