I have been using my Tronlink Android wallet for nearly three years to securely store my SN tokens. However, every time I transfer TRX into my wallet, the balance automatically goes to zero shortly afterward — even if I don’t make any transfer or transaction.
For example, one month ago I deposited 10 TRX into my wallet, and once again the entire amount disappeared without me taking any action. In total, I have lost the equivalent of around 570 TL worth of TRX so far.
During this process, I emailed your support team, but I have not received any response. I have never knowingly connected my wallet to any third-party platform or person. However, at one point, when trying to convert my wallet into a Wallet Tronlink wallet, I did enter my private key information. Due to the language barrier, I may have unknowingly changed something in the settings at that time.
