For the past two weeks, I have been unable to access my Tronx wallet through the Trust Wallet app and Google extension. My wallet address is TPBSME*ywgP618Sfm, and it contained 40 USDT and 21 TRX at the time I lost access. Unfortunately, I did not save my recovery seed phrase when I first set up the wallet, which has left me unable to restore it despite trying repeatedly on both the mobile app and different browsers.
While using the Google extension, the wallet was connected to my Google account ([email protected])**. However, every time I attempt to log back in, the system only asks for the recovery phrase, and there is no way to restore access using my Google account login details.
I attempted to contact Trust Wallet support for help, but since the support is only available in English, I could not effectively explain my situation or get proper guidance.
At this point, I am asking Trust Wallet to provide Turkish-language technical support or to introduce an alternative recovery method that would allow me to regain access to my wallet. I cannot afford to lose the funds stored in my account and urgently need a solution.
I request that Trust Wallet address this issue promptly and help me recover my wallet access without further delays.
