If TronLink shows a wrong TRX balance after syncing;
• First check your real balance on a TRON blockchain explorer (Tronscan) using your public wallet address to confirm whether the funds are actually there
• Make sure TronLink is connected to Mainnet, not Testnet or another network
• Fully close and reopen TronLink, then restart your browser or phone
• Check whether the balance issue affects only the display or also transactions (try a small test only if necessary)
Safely refresh and resync TronLink;
• Go to TronLink settings and use Refresh / Resync if available
• Lock TronLink, then unlock it again to force a resync
• Clear browser cache (for extension) or app cache (for mobile), then reopen TronLink
• Disable and re-enable the TronLink extension
Recover the wallet safely (only if needed);
• Make sure you have your 12-word seed phrase or private key backed up correctly
• Remove the wallet from TronLink
• Re-import the wallet using the seed phrase (never share it with anyone)
• Let the wallet fully sync before checking balances again
Important safety checks;
• Do not send funds to “fix” the balance
• Do not enter your seed phrase on any website or link claiming to fix TronLink
• Ignore DMs offering “manual recovery” — these are scams
If the balance is correct on Tronscan but still wrong in TronLink;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report incorrect balance display after sync and seek further assistance if support does not respond
