On July 27, 2025, at approximately 08:45, I attempted to swap my USDT to TRX using Trust Wallet. During the process, I submitted around 84 USDT along with 259 TRX to cover network fees. The wallet requested a $7 transaction fee, so I sent additional TRX from another exchange to ensure sufficient energy.
Despite that, the transaction failed completely, and both my USDT and TRX balances were deducted from the wallet. When I checked the transaction status on tronscan.org, the result showed “Failed - Out of Energy.” This makes no sense, as I had ensured enough TRX was available for gas. The swap never went through, and now my funds are simply gone.
I haven’t contacted customer service yet, and my wallet has no KYC verification or extra security settings active. I’m incredibly frustrated by this, especially since this wasn’t a user error but clearly a network or platform-related issue.
I urgently request that Trust Wallet investigate this incident, restore the lost USDT and TRX, or issue a full refund of the missing amounts. At the very least, I expect a transparent, detailed explanation of why this happened. I trusted this platform with my assets, and now I need answers—and resolution.
