4981 USDT Missing After Trust Wallet TRC20 Transfer

On November 15, 2025, at 18:28:25, I made a transfer of 4981.01 USDT through the Trust Wallet Android app to the TRC20 Tron contract address TR7NHq*4pL8otSzgjLj6t**. My transaction ID is 85BB452865c8eb3a541c011065. This was my first time transferring to this address, and the balance never appeared in my account after the transaction.

I checked my transaction history and balance multiple times through the app, but nothing changed. When I contacted Trust Wallet customer service, they told me they could not provide any information about the owner of the receiving address. I also did not receive any warning or notification message during the transfer process.

This was a personal transfer, and I request that my missing funds be refunded to resolve this issue. I ask for an urgent investigation and detailed feedback regarding the situation.
