Trip.com Failed to Issue My Hotel Booking Invoice Despite Repeated Requests

I purchased a hotel accommodation through Trip.com, and my reservation was created under the number 1638315523090173. While the reservation and payment were completed within a few minutes online, I quickly noticed that the same speed and care were not shown when it came to issuing an invoice.
I requested an invoice for this expense almost a month ago. Despite my repeated reminders and explicitly stating that I needed an invoice, nothing has been sent to me. It is extremely concerning—both legally and from a customer satisfaction standpoint—to encounter a company that fails to issue and deliver an invoice to its customer. I have also reported this situation to CİMER due to the possibility of tax-related irregularities.
I expect Trip.com to promptly issue the invoice for the hotel accommodation service I purchased and send it to me by email. I request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible, in full compliance with legal requirements and with transparency.
