Trip.com Charged for My Flight But Refuses to Provide an Official Invoice

I purchased an international flight ticket from Trip.com for ₺16,000, and I’m shocked that they refuse to issue an official invoice. All I received was a basic receipt, which isn’t a legally valid document. Because of this, I can’t deduct the cost from taxes or use it for any official reimbursement purposes—which is completely unacceptable for a transaction of this size.
Worse yet, trying to contact Trip.com is a nightmare. There’s no customer service number, no email, no live support—just a useless FAQ section. This level of customer service is unacceptable from a global travel platform handling large sums of money.
Trip.com, I demand an official, tax-compliant invoice for my ₺16,000 payment. You are legally and ethically obligated to provide proper documentation for high-value purchases like this. Ignoring your customers and withholding official receipts is a serious breach of trust. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
