I bought a Manila-Caticlan flight ticket for the Philippines from Trip.com. I noticed after I bought it that there was no check-in baggage on the ticket. I first tried to reach the airline company, Royal Air Philippines, to change the level of the ticket, but I couldn't reach them in any way, and it didn't even appear on their website that I had purchased the ticket. Then I tried to reach trip.com, but you can only communicate with a robot, and that's not helpful either. Customer service also hung up on me several times during the conversation and never called me back. I couldn't believe that a company that advertises so much and claims to be good would have such communication problems and work with such a bad airline. I will never use either of them again and I will warn everyone about this. As a result, I had to pay more than the price of a ticket for my check-in bag.
