Mytrip Flight Change Denied - Check-In Problems!

I faced a range of problems, such as being unable to modify my return flight, struggling to get a refund, and experiencing issues with check-in and seat selection.

Mytrip was not willing to accommodate my request to change my return flight. I asked for a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, they insisted on charging me more fees. After rejecting their excessive fees, I couldn't move forward with the refund request.

The problems I faced didn't stop there. I encountered difficulties while trying to complete online check-in and encountered additional challenges when trying to choose and purchase a seat. I was left with a sense of powerlessness and irritation.

Adding to my frustration, Mytrip directed me to reach out to the airline for help. However, the airline insisted that since I bought the ticket through an agency, Mytrip was the one responsible for dealing with the issue. The constant exchange of words between the two parties left me feeling utterly bewildered.
