Trip.com Credit Card Refund Request
Trip.com charged my credit card without my permission on 18/05/2024. Even though my credit card was not lost, these purchases were made without my permission. Expenditure made: In the message from the bank, it appears that a transaction of 379.99 USD was made at trip.com, but when I looked at the statement, 12906.51 TL was withdrawn. Even though I have never shopped with trip.com in my life; Even though I did not lose anything, such as my credit card, ID, etc., these purchases were made without my knowledge. I kindly request that the expenditure be refunded for which I had no knowledge or permission. Kind regards.
