I Experience Trip.com Overcharged My SunExpress Flight: €70 Ticket Cost Me $96
I purchased a SunExpress flight ticket through Trip.com. The advertised price for the ticket was €70, but to my surprise, $96 was debited from my account. This is an exorbitant difference. To make matters worse, the same ticket was listed for only €76 directly on SunExpress's own website. The significant discrepancy between these prices is illogical and feels like an unjustified markup.
Furthermore, I discovered that Trip.com imposes a €6 cancellation fee even if you cancel the ticket within 24 hours. This policy adds to my frustration, as it means there's a charge regardless of the issue. This experience has caused me significant financial concern and disappointment. I feel I have been unfairly overcharged for a flight that was available for much less elsewhere. I demand a refund for the price difference between the €70 advertised ticket and the $96 charged.
