I Canceled My SunExpress Ticket via Trip.com but Still Haven’t Received My Refund
I booked a flight through Trip.com with SunExpress Airlines and later had to cancel the ticket. I followed proper procedure and called SunExpress customer service to process the cancellation. They confirmed the ticket was successfully canceled and assured me that my payment would be refunded.
However, it's been over 10 days and I still haven’t received a single update, let alone my money. This delay is unacceptable, especially after being told the refund would be issued promptly. I feel ignored and misled as a paying customer.
If my refund is not processed immediately, I will escalate this matter to all relevant consumer protection authorities. I expect Trip.com and SunExpress to take responsibility and return my funds without further delay.
