I want to express my frustration with Trendyol's decision to deny my request for a refund on a pair of shoes I purchased. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size and promptly canceled the order within one minute of placing it. The website assured me that my money wouldn't be charged, but when I reached out to customer service, they informed me that it would take 10 days to receive a refund.
This is not okay. I've already reached out to my bank and they've confirmed that the money was deducted from my account. I am a dedicated customer of Trendyol and I anticipate improved service from a company of your reputation.
I'd like to get a refund for the amount that was charged to me. I would also appreciate an apology for the inconvenience I've been through.
