TravelWifi Hotspot Was Useless On My Trip and They Only Offered a Partial Refund
Steer clear of TravelWifi unless you want to throw your hard-earned cash down the drain. I bought their portable hotspot for an international trip, hoping for solid service, but it was a total bust right from the start. I dropped almost $80, hoping it would simplify my travels, but it ended up being totally worthless. I was totally unable to get online anywhere, and it really messed up my trip. After reaching out to customer service, they proposed a partial refund of only $25, which is nowhere near what I originally spent. This complete disregard for accountability really gives off the vibe that they have zero concern for their customers. Honestly, it just gets worse. I can't shake the feeling that they'll end up passing this faulty device to some poor soul who has no idea what they're in for. I really wish I hadn't trusted this brand, and I strongly recommend that others consider different options.
