TravelWifi Gave Me Slow Internet in Italy and Customer Service Ignored My Emails

Worst experience of my life! I can hardly finish simple chores on the internet as it is so slow and poor. To exacerbate things, their customer service hardly reads emails or offers any helpful advice. Currently working in Italy, TravelWifi's poor connection has prevented me from logging onto my laptop for a crucial task. I have tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem for whole day. In addition, their system charges erroneous amounts, they consistently lose my address information, and everything just falls apart. Though unhappily TravelWifi has shown me wrong, I never expected this level of service from a company situated in the United States. Such a dream!
