Pocket WiFi Turkey Took My Money and Never Delivered the Device or a Refund

Steer clear of Pocket WiFi Turkey, seriously! I rented a pocket WiFi device for my trip, but it didn't show up at all. I reached out to their customer service several times to get things resolved. They said they would issue a refund, but I still haven't seen it come through. Every effort I've made to connect since then has just been totally brushed off. This company is totally sketchy and lacks professionalism—you're basically shelling out cash for a service that never comes through. It seems like I'm not the only one who experienced this; after checking out other reviews, it's clear this happens to others too. This kind of behavior seems to happen all the time. Spare yourself the trouble and choose a company that's actually reliable.

Upon my arrival in Istanbul, I found myself without internet access and had to visit an official Turkcell store to purchase a plan — which, interestingly, ended up being more affordable.
