Pocket WiFi Turkey Gave Me a Faulty Device and Still Hasn’t Refunded My Money

I just got back from Antalya, where I rented a MIFI pocket WiFi device from Pocket WiFi Turkey. They were meant to pick me up when my flight landed, but of course, my flight got delayed. The communication was lacking, and when we finally got together, they appeared annoyed and hurried through everything. I ended up with the wrong cables, and the instructions were super confusing. When I got to my hotel, I attempted to reset the device multiple times, but it only functioned for a few minutes each time. Even with all their assurances to sort it out, the problem just never got fixed. After dealing with so much frustration, I finally asked them to take back the device and requested a refund. They took two whole days to pick it up, and I'm still sitting here waiting for my refund. Absolutely awful experience.

I ordered a service from PocketWifiTurkey in July 2025: * No refund * No device * No email response * NOTHING Also, despite what they claim on their website, they are not a Turkcell partner. When I arrived in Istanbul, I was left without internet and had to go to an official Turkcell store to buy internet there — which, by the way, turned out to be cheaper.
